Shipping

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75 in Canada. Excludes NWT, and other remote communities. Contact us for a quote.

Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 10 am – 5:30 pm AST. 

(Public Holidays Excluded)

Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization charge and contact you to inform you by e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days unless noted longer on the product page), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Tracking Numbers will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.

We will choose the best means of shipping available in terms of price and delivery times at the time of shipment.

RETURNS

You can return any FULL PRICED item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date except nutrients.

You Must Contact us for a returns number and send your item to our returns center for fast processing.

*In some cases, we may ask you to return the item(s) to the manufacturer or originating warehouse. 
 

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on the reason for your return and how we can help you.

– Do you need an exchange? Was it damaged? etc.

All goods must arrive to us in their original, unused, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.

Please keep a copy of the receipt for proof of shipment for any returns back to Elite Gardening

It is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Elite Growing with tracking confirmation for your return postage.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Bundles/Kits purchased are considered as sale items.

DAMAGES

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it on the delivery manifest when signing for delivery and if possible take a photo showing the damage. This is your best proof that there was damage caused by delivery and can ensure your best chance at a quick replacement or refund. It greatly helps us in filing a claim with the Shipping company to get your money back.

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Service team via support@elitegrowing.com You must include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item.

EXCHANGES

Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged. Nutrients are excluded.

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation and clearly print next to the item the new size, color, style or product you would like in exchange. Item must be of the same value or less.

In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Service team will have the amount of the item refunded back to your account.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.

You, the customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however, we will ship back your exchange item free of charge.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  We typically process all refund requests within 48 hours upon receiving your package. Refunds are not issued for broken, items missing, worn, torn, cut, washed or altered items or for items that are marked Final Sale.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method other than what was originally used on your order. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error.  

There are no refunds for nutrients.

SHIPPING OF RETURNED ITEM(S)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items.  We do not supply a return shipping package. If you paid any shipping costs when you purchased from us, this cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost you may have paid to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

A restocking fee of 20% per item is applied for all returned packages
